    This Feature is still needed as a DevOps lead I need to be able to quickly identify failed deployments that my other users may behaving issues with. currently I will get a Deployment Failed pop up from chrome and then have to try and track down the failed deployment. It would be so much better if i had one place to go instead of having to check Deployment History and each Ci job until I find the error.
