    I can understand that for some organizations, having CI deployments appears in the Deployment History tab could create a lot of noise. So even if they didn't show by default, and there was at least something in the filter menu to "Include CI Jobs". If it's not possible to have a single list, then maybe a filter/toggle to switch between manual deployments and CI job deployments.
