    We have thousands of email templates that slow down our comparison times when selected in our comparison filter, but they are needed in a deployment when new email templates are referenced by workflow email alerts. Being able to select which email templates to compare before running a comparison would save 45+minutes per comparison (we have to manually deploy 4 times to move a change to Production, so that is 3 hours saved).
