Allow deployment of Sharing Rules by Rule not by Object
In change sets we can pick individual sharing rules to push (specific ones on an object). However through gearset we can only push the whole object.

Very important. As stands, if there are any other differences in the object in your sandbox, those will automatically get moved, too. Better to just make the sharing changes one at a time manually or with a change set

I believe this is possible now, but I was looking for how to deploy deleted sharing rules. They are not listed anywhere?
