    Either a pop-up bubble when hovering on the item AND/OR a custom free text area that allow user to add comment/description in the expanded area like in the deployment history. The goal is to minimize the # of clicks and # of "back" I have to do just to return to the previous screen when I need some details of each line item. I currently have to duplicate the tab and click on view details just to keep the previous screen
