   This is a good idea, the same way we can delegate access to Salesforce Orgs, we should have a similar option for CI jobs.
   One use case is to give the ability to update unit test execution. But if possible we could grant the option to update the metadata filter and other options in the CI job.

    I believe this idea was already delivered. Test classes only run if apex code is included in the PR.
