Creating additional MRs in a Draft status would be ideal as well so the list of open MRs would be actionable. Right now we get a lot of open MRs that we don't want to action as we are awaiting the QA or UAT validations to occur.

Microsoft Teams webhooks also support Markdown format that could make the message formatting be improved as well.

Agreed. We always want users making PR to a feature branch created from env/production but pointed to env/qa. Would love to block out the ability for users to manually be able to do anything different.

Yes, this is very important from an audit perspective. When/if we changed deployment pipelines/etc. Also an easy way to see anything that got deployed to a Production org with bonus points for bringing in information around Pull Requests, Commit Hashes, Components Changed, etc.
