    This would be incredibly useful for many types of uploads. During testing cycles, we frequently need to pre-load data into Salesforce that will be integrated with our client's ERP system. This process of data loading can repeat several times as we move through our ERP/Salesforce integration testing cycles.

    Using formulas is an acceptable workaround, but it would be nice to be able to filter on common relationships such as RecordType.DeveloperName with needing to create a formula field.
