Need to have JIRA integration with Data Deployments
Need to have JIRA integration with Data Deployments which will improve the process and allign it with meta data deployments

Search option when selecting a Data template
When choosing a template in a Data deployment, an option to search all templates is needed. We will be updating/modifying/saving new templates often and a manual scroll will become inconvenient. Control F works to find a template, but a dedicated search option would be preferable

Select individual fields in a Data deploy
Having the option to move up only selected fields in a Data deployment is needed. If we are required to move up all fields in each deployment, there are scenarios where our work will get bottlenecked in a sandbox on the way to production and at that point all the deployments will be identical.

There doesn't seem to be a way to rename data deployment templates.
It would be very useful to be able to see the details behind data deployment templates and manage / rename them

Ability to modify pieces of data before deployment of data
E.g when you want to move data from PROD to DEV there are some fields (e.g. Contract Status) that you want to move from Active to Draft. This should be a generic function also to be applied to other fields / objects.

Ability to activate / deactivate Flows / Processes as part of the meta data and/or data deployment process
It should be possible to have gearset to deactivate flows and/or processes based on a selection. And to roll-back afterwards. Similar to what has been created here: https://sfswitch.herokuapp.com/

Add a fast select check box to make sure you don't have to click each and every object
When you are in the data deployment setup you need to click each and every object. it's better to add a check box to include everything automatically based on a filter

Allow for cross-object mapping with the data deployment add-on
It would be so powerful to allow users to map data to different objects using the data deployment tool. It would allow us to move data efficiently between orgs that don't have completely aligned object APIs and metadata.

Set values on record creation for fields that can't be updated
Some objects, for example PriceBook Entry, must have their attributes set on insert as once created most of the record is not updatable, e.g. CurrencyISOCode cannot be changed on this record once it has been inserted. Providing a way to set these fields on creation, rather than a later update step, would allow these records to be deployed as currently PriceBook Entry records fail in multi-currency orgs as they are all created with the default currency causing SF to treat them as duplicates

Select the fields to deploy during a data deployment
Hi we use the data deployment feature is it possible to only select some fields to deploy data from one org to another and not always all the fields on an object.

Correctly create Price Book Entries records with different currencies and updated PBEs when they are out of sync (or delete+insert)
1) Currently PBEs are incorrectly inserted with the company currency as apposed to the currency of the source record.
2) PBE's currency cannot be updated once created (SF restriction) but because PBE's should not be referenced by Id, (that would be a terrible design decision). It is quite possible to delete and recreate any out of sync records.

Allow custom manipulations to data during a data deployment
Export the selected data source in a CSV file before deploying, in order to allow custom manipulation. Then allow the import of that CSV to destination - functioning like a more sophisticated Data loader.

Select a set of data deployment templates and run them in order
Ability to build sequence of data load (choose a list of data load templates and have to possibility to run them automatically in sequence). The sequence can be changed.

Spacing in formulas
This was marked as completed in https://gearset.uservoice.com/forums/283474-help-us-improve-gearset/suggestions/34690018-preserve-spacing-in-formulas but seems to be broken again. Formulas or criteria in WF are deployed without carriage returns, which makes formulas very messy to work with.

Added an 'Or' function to the Filter Options
Right now there is only an 'And' filter when configuring Fields on the same object. It would make this much more powerful of a tool if we were able to chose between 'And' & 'Or'.

Add a batch size option directly on Data Deployment and Data Templates
Currently we can specify the batch size for bulk data loads on Account level.
With this kind of setup we can't have two pararell jobs running on different batch sizes and we also need to memorize what batch size is required for each of my Data Templates.
It would be nice if we could do that directly on Data Deployment job and even save such setting in a Data Template.

Deploying to an org based on tags
It would be a useful feature to initiate a deployment when a Github tag is created.

Keep the same record owner between source and destination orgs.
Alternatively, allow the change of record owner before importing data to destination org.

Deploy Einstein Datasets from one org to the other
Copying of Salesforce objects with relations is a great feature. But this does not support Einstein datasets to be copied from one org to the other. It is critical for teams to have Einstein dataset in the lower orgs for development and testing

Functionality to Data Deploy Active Orders
Salesforce doesn't support the creation or update or standard Order records with a Status Category of Active. This means Gearset is unable to data deploy any active orders. It would be very useful if there was an option for Gearset to temporarily set active orders to a draft status for the deployment or the Order Records and related Order Records, and then set the status back to Active for the final step.
