Allow editing all CI Job Fields
One should be able to edit all the fields on a CI Job, especially the source and destination fields.

We've added the ability to duplicate an existing CI job which will copy all settings and let you edit the source and target fields.
We have not allowed editing of the source and target environments, as the history would make no sense if it could be different source and targets.
