Implement a Deployment Fish
Salesforce Change Sets support a Deployment Fish to entertain the developer while waiting.
It would be nice if Gearset could provide the same behavior.

or at least a progress bar in the CI jobs listview - especially useful if one has 1000 testmethods and one would like to know how close on is to the end of the run
