Need a Lock to the Custom comparison filters
We need a lock to the custom comparison filters so that the team will be on the same page and only the deployment manager can be responsible for all the deployments

Or lock the ability to edit for certain filters to a certain role like account owners

Agreed, we need a way to lock shared metadata filters so that they cannot be deleted or modified.
