Deploy single layoutitems
In Layouts there are multiple layoutItems. it would be helpful if we could to deploy single <layoutItems> from a Layout without affecting other <layoutItems>.

I believe this could be handled in a similar way to field permisssions:
maybe call the metadata type "Custom field in Layout" and find all the references of a specific field in all layouts, the same way "Custom field permissions" finds all references of a specific field in profiles
