Permission sets not deploying correctly
When deploying a permission set, it was being deployed without the permissions checked, even though Gearset detects that the permission is checked in the metadata compare.

just out of curiosity, Was this a cloned deployment? We have noticed a regression where cloned deployments lose checked items from the original if they are children of an item that is marked as "Not Different" like a profile where the global section of the file is unchanged, but there are changes to FLS or other sub-types.
