Filters > Selected Only option was release in the custom metadata filter on the 27 Oct 2020

Thank you for adding an option to filter the selected metadata. It would be great if you could also add similar filter on the section 'Items to Include/Exclude for * '. This is more important because Items under this section for type like classes, triggers, objects are usually more than 100 and it becomes very difficult to look for all included items under class, trigger or object.
