Add a Select All that works on filtered items when setting up filters
When setting up the filters, I would like the ability to do a Select All on just the filtered items so that I don't have to manually select each one of them. This would be a huge time saver.

Agreed, this would be great!
One common area where I often wish for this is when I'm filtering for custom metadata. I might filter by name to reduce the selection to a single type of custom metadata, which then may have several hundred records under it. I'd have to go one by one to check all of them, so at this point I don't bother filtering custom metadata, and just run a comparison on all of them. But we're making enough use of custom metadata that it's starting to "feel" like our large number of CM records is slowing down the comparison, and it would be nice to filter it down to just what we need to compare.

YES! I want this. It is so annoying to have to click individual items.
If I choose items to include and type in a filter, this is the behavior I want:
* The Select All checkbox should always be visible, it could be disabled if there are no results from an applied text filter
* The Select All checkbox should ONLY apply to the visible items based on the filter I typed in
* The Select All checkbox should automatically update it's checked state based on the filter I type in (e.x. if my filter makes every item in the list selected, then select all should show as checked) -

Yes this would save a lot of clicks! Especially for email templates where it is usually best in a large org to do 'Named Items' in the filter instead of all. If I search by folder name to pull up all the relevant templates for example, I still have to individually select each one vs select all. This is unlike in compare results, where you can filter or do a search and select/deselect all on the results.
