Differentiate XML and Code differences in the comparison
I would find it very useful if the comparison result highlighted if the difference was in the XML or the Code (or both) for each item. This would especially save time when there are a lot of differences.

I've noticed that some Metadata files have different XML between orgs while the content is actually the same (the XML just has elements in a different sequence). Because the Metadata API doesn't always enforce a sequence for some metadata types, perhaps you could implement an XML sort before a compare to ensure elements are always in the same sequence?

Thanks, xml and code differences being mixed together really is slowing us down right now. That improvement would help us a lot!
