Deployment Notes Persist on Failure
When a deployment fails, deployment notes are sometimes wiped, and it is laborious to retype them - sometimes, I'll copy and paste to Notepad before deploying because I know I'm going to have to type them again. Notes should persist, or at least be configurable, from one comparison run through successful deployment.

Hey Bob, if it helps, I found that if you go to View Errors, then Back to Results, then click Next to go to the deploy screen again, the notes are there. Not a natural way to get to them but if you don't want to do the notepad thing, this is an option.

Came to log this idea and found my own Idea posted a year and a half ago.
Deployment Notes/Comments need rationalization. It's unclear when the note will be wiped. I type them in a Notepad window because about 2/3 of the time I will need to re-enter them on failure. Notes are not a trivial thing in our org since we require Case/ticket numbers and other stuff that has to be dredged up.
