Allow the combining of multiple draft deployments (2+) where the source and target are the same across each draft

A cool idea. Would help collaboration between team members in creating a "final package" easier. Not to mention you could validate them separately before combining to figure out issues as well.

It would be great if we can also combine draft deployment with past deployment.

Wholeheartedly agree and want this. Seems like it would work the same as the functionality currently available to combine past deployments. Would like to be able to select Source and Destination as well.
