Ability to have Tests to Run during Validation to default to Unchecked all
Ability to have Tests to Run during Validation to default to Unchecked all vs all checked (even before they finish loading into the component). We often validate with only a few tests or predefined group of test classes that we input into 'Specify Tests to run' and if a user inputs those test classes in the text area before all the Tests populate above in the list, it will include all of the ones available. It defaults to checked all and they need to remember to uncheck them or to wait for them all to load which can take awhile depending on the orgs.

this is a good idea -- I find that after the autodetection of the test classes in your org finishes, if you don't click IMMEDIATELY to deploy the auto-detected classes; it goes to check ALL which is rarely what i want.
we've spent a good deal of effort in making sure every class has a corresponding test class that covers 90+% and since a run all tests takes 45 minutes for us, we prefer to use selective tests

I have been unlucky enough for them to load right before starting the validation with my test classes listed. It's very annoying and sometimes painful to cancel the deployment and restart the validation.
