Enable Field Level Mapping for Data Deployments
Currently there is no field mapping option available for Data Deployment of Objects. This is a big blocker if we want to migrate selective fields data across Salesforce instances.

When you say field mapping, are you asking to push data from one field in the source to a different field in the target? Or are you simply requesting to disable some fields from pushing data to the target? If it is the latter, you can do that now.

I need this functionality as well--Other data migration tools have this ability already.
