I would be nice to be able to have the ability to set up an automation which alerts one or more GearSet users that when a Job's Test configuration for Apex Unit Tests -> Run Tests is at a certain value for a specific amount of time or at a certain time.

e.g. the value for Run Tests is not set to "All your tests" and it is 8am in the morning, I want to be able to receive an email which alerts me (and others) this is the case.

While it is sometimes needed to have Run Tests at a certain value to bypass unit tests because something needs to be pushed quickly, it is human to forget to put it back to the previous value.
